Hi Larry an Artist.
Apple macOS and iOS do not include a business class Contact Manager as standard, I don't recall ever having seen one in the years I have been using Macs.
Depending on your regional location you may find what you want in the Apple App Store, such as Contacts+.
There are regional licensing limitations on app availability, with many Apple App Store apps not permitted for purchase or download outside of the USA.
If you have already purchased Contacts+ in the App Store, and are not barred by regional licensing restrictions, then your download is reachable after logging-in to your App Store account.

If you purchased a Contacts Manager app from a third-party e-commerce seller the download link will have been sent to you via email, or in the web page where you made the purchase.
If you have not received a download link for your app from a third-party e-commerce seller please contact them direct to resolve this problem.

Hi Will,
Thank You so much for your lengthy reply. I had gotten through to a tech one time and he directed me to a download program for "Contacts". I called it "Contact Manager" and I want to say that what I saw on the screen said "Contact Manager". No sense in arguing the point because I don't remember clearly and I truly appreciate your help. Thank You again.
Regards,
Larry
