Only 10 tabs of safari and 2 instances of preview and safari becomes unresponsive and sometimes I would get stuck at desktop without being able to do anything. I would have to restart to fix that. I also attached the report from EltreCheckPro. Please help! Thanks all.

You report shows AdGuard has added an extension. in the case of extremely invasive "protection" software such as AdGuard, the cure is often far, far worse than the disease. When you restrict what content Browsers can show, they often choke instead.
OneDrive is loaded and running. If you are not using it, make certain it does not load. If you are using it, load only when needed, and quit after use.
Two suspects: AdGuard and OneDrive.
If the computer is brand new, consider taking it in or using phone support.
