On what device is this happening?
- You will need to install the Hulu app. Hulu supported devices - Hulu Help Center
- The Apple TV app on third party devices doesn’t access Hulu content.
- Subscriptions through Apple are valid for your Apple ID account on Apple devices or in the Apple TV app. To access Hulu on third party devices (too), subscribe with Hulu directly (not billed through Apple).
