When family sharing Apple TV to an android tv. The link asks the family member to sign in on their Apple device. The don’t have one, only android phones. They have created Apple ID accounts. How do they sign in to family sharing without an Apple device.

Start a family group
One adult in the family – the family organiser – can set up Family Sharing for the group from their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac. If you turn on purchase sharing, you'll be asked to confirm that you agree to pay for purchases initiated by the family members you invite and that you have a valid payment method on file. Valid payment methods for setting up Family Sharing include credit cards and debit cards.

The only solution was to sign in on a spare apple device using the family members new Apple ID (they don’t own an apple device). I T then airdropped the invite to the spare apple device. They where able to join clicking the link. Apple do not provide sharing access from an Android device using the link generated by the sharing invitation.
