How To login MobileMe - Lost MobileMe password

Hello, Recently my sister forgot the password of her iphone and we tried to reset it and for some reason it started showing my old email id which is an icloud mail. And i tried to recover it but the recovery mail is set to mobileme which is now the same as icloud or me.com I can't access the recovery mail.

is there anyway i can access the mobileme email or login to my icloud as right now it says locked due to security and sends an email to the mobileme email address which i dont have access to right now.
