Hello, my hotspot iPhone XS is unstable, switches off frequently/randomly. IS THIS TYPICAL FOR IPhone XS?

In fact it is typical for iPhone. All people I asked having an iPhone reported the same problem with iPhone hotspot conneted through WLAN. In other words: iPhone is on mobile data and hotspot - a PC connects through the PC WLAN signal to the hotspot of the iPhone.

Problem description again: The hotspot on the iPhone is switching off randomly, without asking to do so. Apparently, collective opinion of iPhone users is that this happens to save mobile data !! Can please someone help and share a qualified advice how avoid this. What I need for work is a stable hotspot through mobile data, automatically connecting when other WLAN signal goes down.

I need the hotspot of the iPhone to stay on all the time. No automatic switching-off.
