Walkie Talkie Invites not being Sent/Received

Hi,

When I send a Walkie Talkie Invite on my Watch the recipient doesn’t receive it and I don’t receive ones they’ve sent?

Specs -

IWatch SE iOS 8.3 - Up to date Software

IPhone XS iOS 15.2.1 - Up to date Software

What I’ve tried -

Walkie Talkie Downloaded on Watch from App Store

Calls made from Phone and Watch through FaceTime to prove that

FaceTime Settings - Number & Email Selected

The Person I send the invites so can send/receive them to other people??

any help please?

Hi James645!

Make sure that the recipients walkie talkie settings is active, that their FaceTime settings are correct and that their Apple Watch/ iPhone is up to date to the latest software available.

Also check that you and the recipient iCloud settings and account information are correct in order for the walkie talkie feature to be active.

Hi jaco36

The recipients have Walkie talkie active and are able to use it with other people. Software all up to date.

Apple Account / ICloud all logged in on Watch & Phone and details all correct
