My iPad order is still processing

I ordered my IPad Pro 11” no engraving on January 9 and is still processing why is it taking so long it’s nothing special?

You should have been given a time frame when you placed the order. That time frame has been anywhere from 3-6 weeks recently. If your estimated delivery date has not passed, then be patient and know it's coming.

My grandmother ordered the same model (with same criteria) on Christmas Eve and just got it day before yesterday. Apple is under a big demand right now and engraving takes extra time.
