My sim card stopped working and I received notification to update to IOS 15.2. I tried to update but it didnt work. Then I connected to computer and restored the phone to original times. Then after finishing restore and installation of update in final steps the software is not activated and it shows an error.

You need to be connected to your mobile carrier to complete activation.
Hopefully your cousin bought an unlocked phone directly from Apple, and not from any other retailer. If the phone was not bought unlocked from Apple you will not be able to use it. If the phone is unlocked just insert an activated SIM card from a local carrier.
