How to report a text message as junk on my iPhone?

I received a text message that looks like spam scams It will not let me report it as junk and send it I do not know who to send this to her report this to I need help

If you're in the US, forward the text to SPAM (7726). That will notify your carrier.

This is an SMS message (not an iMessage), therefore, Apple would not accept a report about it.

You may be able to report it to your cellular carrier.

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

To report a suspicious SMS text message that looks like it's supposed to be from Apple, take a screenshot of the message and email the screenshot to reportphishing@apple.com.
