I am unable to sign out of the apple if from my phone as it’s not highlighted and says ‘ sign out not available due to restrictions’… please let me know how to correct this issue

"Sign-out is not available due to restrictions" usually means screen time is enabled, or provisioning restrictions are enabled.
If somebody is administering this iPhone, check with them.
