If I block a phone number and did not know that I had blocked that number and that number calls and leaves a message (voice mail) and it is blocked. I can unblock the phone number, the question is can I unblock the voice mail? My I phone shows a list of blocked voice mail as well as blocked phone calls.

Voicemail is a cellular carrier feature. It’s not clear how a voicemail gets blocked, but perhaps your cellular carrier can assist you.

An iPhone blocks calls. Is that what you mean?

The voicemails are noted as blocked, but I believe you may retrieve them just as you would any other voicemail. You are simply not notified of a blocked voicemail’s arrival.
