Apple ID sharing

I have an iPhone 13 as a work phone and an iPhone XR as my personal phone. I have signed into both with the same apple ID. Is there anyway that I can use the same apple ID, but stop my work phone (iPhone 13) accessing my personal data ie. call logs, photos and other apps?
