After sudden restart iPhone 12 Pro Max don't turn ON

I just got an iPhone 12 pro max yesterday. Turned it on, everything was fine until it automatically restarted. When it came back on, it was working fine, then all of a sudden it just turned off. I charged it overnight, hoping it would be a battery issue. When I woke up, it still didn't turn on. So I tried putting it in recovery mode, and the phone still wouldn't turn on, I tried dfu mode, and it still didn't turn on and I don't know what to do.
