Folder colour
On my iPad Pro can I make a folder a different colour, shape or anything to make one folder stand out from the rest of a page of folders?

The iOS/iPadOS Files App does not have the capability to visually distinguish folder by colour or shape. You can, however, organise your files/folders by using Tags.
