sold my apple watch. deleted the content from the watch. forgot to disconnect from account. buyer asking for apple ID and password. will not give. have deleted the watch from my online apple account now. anything i can do?

Thank you. Not sure if it’s worked as think I already removed Watch from Apple ID account. So it didn’t follow those steps. But has removed itself from my find my account.
