How can I move photos from "Mac Photos" to another folder?

How can I move photos from "Mac Photos" to another folder? I want to copy the photos as jpgs, or whatever format they are in, and paste them to a folder to import to Lightroom. I just want to import selected photos and not the whole library. Thanks.

Hi

Select the ones you want to export and then file>export - choose the options, click export and then choose a folder to put them in. These will include any edits you have made in photos.

If you want to export the files EXACTLY as they were when you imported them, use file>export unmodified original.
