can you tell me how to download itunes for my MacBook 13 and which version I need, I am running Monterey 12.1 and an M1 chip.

The iTunes app for Macs was discontinued and replaced several years ago. iTunes cannot be installed on a Mac that is running Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey. See the following: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support

Apple split iTunes up in Catalina. Choose Applications from the Finder's Go menu and use the new applications instead.
