how do I download itunes for macbook with Big Sur 11.3.2 The Apple support site keeps steering me toward a version thatv is not compatible with Big Sur 11.3.2

You cannot install iTunes on a Mac running Big Sur or Catalina. It was discontinued and replaced with other apps. See the information in: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support
