Floating SPELL BAR

I’m using NOTES.

The little bar at the bottom which suggests spelling and emojis now has to be tapped to engage.

I want it to stay on the whole time.

I did manage to get it to stay on using the keyboard setup, but now it has reverted to minimising and being available in the corner and every time I want to use it I have to click on it.

I want it to stay at the bottom of my screen when I’m using my keyboard (which is an external keyboard).

It is especially annoying that is disappears every time I move to another app and then return.

I have this exact same problem. It used to be that the Predictive Text menu bar stayed open at the bottom of the screen; or appeared automatically when I was typing text. Now, like the original poster of this thread, I have to tap it every time I enter a new text box.

Note that on this very page, the Predictive Text menu bar is minimized in the lower right hand corner, even though I opened it just a couple of minutes ago to search for information about this problem.
