Lost in the CLOUDS!!!

Does anyone know how I can put a lock on my iCloud because I have someone that has access to it and is downloading things please help if you can thank you.

They would need to know your Apple ID and password. If your password is compromised, change it as described in Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

In addition to changing the password, if you want increased security, turn on two-factor authentication. See: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
