My fall detection has activated when I caught my watch while getting dressed, when my hand slipped while tightening a screw and when I slammed a door shut, but when I fell and literally broke the arm on which I wear the watch - nothing. That was pretty disappointing. Does Apple have an answer to that?

Apple's response seems to be "Apple Watch cannot detect all falls. Your watch might detect high-impact activity as a fall and trigger fall detection."
i have the same issue AND also get an alert that I’ve fallen while sitting in a chair, watching tv, making dinner, etc. countless times! Don’t trust this feature, which is why I got this phone. Is the feature adjustable? Does fall detection utilize a learning curve for the user?
