Based on what you have provided they may be damaged. The support article you came here from provides you with the steps to try to resolve why they may not be charging. Have you tried them all yet? If so, and they didn't work, your next step is to contact Apple Support directly for further assistance with this matter. To do so, simply select the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
