Boot Camp, Windows 10, bluetooth mouse problem

Hello

- MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) with Catalina 10.15.7

- Win10_21H2_English_x64 with Boot Camp

- Magic Mouse 1, Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile 3600

When booting Windows (after macOS), Magic Mouse is in the Bluetooth properties (Paired), but it does not work.

When trying to connect, Microsoft mouse is in the "Add a device" list. It has the "Connecting..." state, then the "Try connecting your device again" state.

If I reset the SMC ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295 ) and then boot Windows, both mice work fine. Magic Mouse is already paired and working, Microsoft mouse connects without any problems. But everything works fine until I boot macOS. Then I need to reset the SMC again.

How do I use both operating systems without resetting the SMC?

Thank you

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15

This issue has come up a lot and usually (but not always) it's due to Bluetooth not working in Windows if you RESTART from the Mac side. I always SHUT DOWN MacOS before booting into Windows and then Bluetooth works. Try it and see if it works for you.
