I use photos for sewing a lot. I use the Apple Pencil to cross off parts that I’ve done, so there is a LOT of edits. After I have edited a lot, when I clock on done, it says it can’t save. I’m assuming that there is a maximum number of edits. Is there a way around this?

Does this happen on every photo you try or just a particular photo? Have you tried to Restart your iPad?
We are not aware of any limit to the amount of edits you can make, but we suggest trying to save after a few edits or maybe one just to see if the issue persists.

It doesn’t matter the photo. I know how to edit, and I don’t have any issues editing. The issues come into play after a LOT of edits. I am attaching a photo that has reached its edit limit for me. When this has happened, I have tried duplicating the photo and editing the duplicate, but I get the same error. I have sent it to my iphone and tried editing, but it didn’t work there either. The only option that I have found is to take a screenshot of the image, then edit the new image. Feel free to download the image and try for yourself. I’m not sure what info the forums strip from the files, so If I need to, I can email the original or whatever.
