My kid's iPad is not restarting and blinking at the apple logo screen. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

The following link explains what to do when an iPad is stuck on the Logo screen but it does require a Mac or PC:

If you do not have a Mac or PC you could consider a family member or friend who has one or visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider.

You can also contact Apple Support should the steps in the link above not be successful.

You can do this as follows:

• Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
• Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
• Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.

Connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge, undisturbed, for at least an hour. While still connected to external power, try a forced-restart:

• On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
• On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
