I don’t have the brick charger for iphone 13 pro max. Is it ok to use the 61w brick charger of MacBook Pro?

It should (as it supports Apple 2.4A and USB PD 5V/3A), but call Apple Support to confirm that this works with iPhone and Watch (as the published specs don’t list this compatibility).

Yes, you can safely use the 61W USB-C power source. The phone’s “charger” is actually in the phone, and it regulates the charge current.
