I have the same question except my MacBook adapter is 140W and the document lists only up to 96W ( Im assuming that's the old brick) Can I use my 140W MacBook Pro charger for my iPhone 13 pro and my apple watch 7?

It should (as it supports Apple 2.4A and USB PD 5V/3A), but call Apple Support to confirm that this works with iPhone and Watch (as the published specs don’t list this compatibility).
