iPhone 12 is hot filling essential roles

My multi week old iPhone 12 will overall get amazingly hot quickly doing some standard stuff. Like focusing on webcasts over bluetooth, streaming music over bluetooth, scrutinizing, etc I just reliably feel like the back of phone is getting hot, not just warm.😢

This is the kind of thing my iPhone 8 was doing exactly when overwhelmingly using camera.

Incredibly this doesn't seem to deliver battery speedier.

I'm just pondering whether I have a flawed unit, and I ought to just bring it back.
