Why do my Beats Studio Buds keep disconnecting?

My new Beats Studio Buds keep disconnecting from my iPhone! Never had this issue with my older pair of beats!

I’ve reset the connection multiple times. Does it with calls and watching videos. So unreliable that they are almost unuseable!
