Videos Missing from DCIM folder

I had recorded a few relatively large videos (~6 GB) [4k] and had connected my phone to Windows via USB but I cannot find some of them in my DCIM folder. I managed to copy the ones I found but the remaining simply do not appear when I connect to my laptop.

I even tried importing via the Windows Photos app but it shows everything apart from those videos. The videos themselves aren't corrupted (I can play them on my phone and even upload it to onedrive).

Is there a solution to this? The problem came up suddenly (managed to copy 4 of those videos but the 5th one and the subsequent ones are missing)

I have ~a GB of storage remaining in my phone [idk if storage interferes with file transfer]
