How to know if watch has GPS and Cellular

I am looking to buy an apple watch se from someone who doesn't know if it has gps and cellular capabilities. How can I find that out? Would it say on the receipt?

Look at the round digital crown on the side of the watch. Does it have a round red circle? If yes, it's GPS+ Cellular. If no, it's GPS only.
