I am getting group messages that are not appropriate and not requested with 20 + phone #
How do I prevent unwanted group text messages from 20+ phone/ email addresses. All of whom I do not know!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're being added to a group conversation unexpectedly, and we'd be happy to provide you with the best options.
To get started, while there wouldn't be a way to prevent yourself from being added to a group conversation, you could block the contacts in the conversation so they're unable to send you any other messages, including adding you to another group conversation. If you're being added to a group SMS conversation then you may be able to reach out to your carrier who may be able to provide some options on blocking these numbers as well.
