Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
Akai is plugged into iMac, track is assigned, sounds registering in Logic visually, but not getting playback. Using Focusrite Scarlett 2:2 for interface.
All other audio is working when recording except Akai.
Help.
I actually figured it out. Was creating an ‘External MIDI’ track (which made sense to me since I’m using a MIDI Akai) but needed to create a ‘Software Instrument’ track instead. Works great now!

Oh I see, glad you figured it out. "External MIDI" tracks are used to represent physical devices, such as hardware synths, drum-machines, samplers, sound modules and such in Logic projects. So they produce no sound per se, just send / receive MIDI data.
