Family Sharing
Is there a way to create Family Sharing for my kid's ipad, if I never use any Apple? How to do that?
I only use PC window10 and android phones.

You need an Apple device to set up Family Sharing.
One adult in the family — the family organizer — can set up Family Sharing for the group from their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
