'Copy Attributes' no longer under Edit?

I used to use 'Copy Attributes' and then paste attributes to another clip. However recently this is no longer available. Under 'Edit', Paste Effects/Attributes and Remove Effects/Attributes only are visible (no copy attributes). Is this a recent update change? How can I copy attributes now? TIA
