Hello,
I've changed my Mac login password (not iCloud) and iMessage stopped syncing. Hangout and universal board work fine, but messages are not being synced to my Mac.
I tried to log in/log out, restart. Nothing made it work. Please help.

It turned out that my keychain is off, I enabled it on mac and got the "sync now" on Mac messages, yet still. My messages on Mac did not update nor am I receiving new ones.

I use only one account @hotmail for my AppleID. The @icloud account is neglected.
Just so we're clear. My email password and Apple ID (not apple login password) should be the same?
