No option for family apple music subscription?

I am wanting to join apple music on the £15 p.m family plan. I have a link to a free trial on my iphone , but only for an individual account.

Apple says....

Tap or click the trial offer (one trial per person or family).
Choose Family, then tap or click Start Trial.

There is no family option or way to change to family. it just states £9.99 individual trail for 2 months free.

Do i join this and then change to family later, if so do i still get a free trial.

I just left spotify and want to check out apple music, but it is already being annoying !

As the page above mentions, you'll need to first set up Family Sharing, and invite others to join the group. This page has the steps for that: Set up Family Sharing

Then, you may select the 'Get a family subscription' blue button at the top of the first link to get started.
