Indicator dots
I realize that the orange indicator dot means that the microphone is being accessed. But with some phone calls it is orange and sometimes it is red- what is the red dot mean?

Do you by any chance have the setting "Increase Contrast" in Settings -> Accessibility -> Display & Text Size turned on?
That can make the orange dot appear in red.
