Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. As we understand, you want to export a photos to a USB flash drive.
You would be able to import photos from a drive by following: Import photos and videos to iPad.
In order to get photos off your iPad, you'd need to follow one of these methods: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you can get the photos imported into a computer, you could put them on the flash drive from there.
