Unlock iPhone 11
Xfinity has unlocked my iPhone 11 running iOS 15.2.1
do I need to do anything else in order to eventually sell my iPhone 11?

Since you have unlocked your iPhone from your carrier (Xfinity), all you have to do before selling is sign out of your Apple ID and erase the iPhone. If you want to keep your data, you can use an iCloud or iTunes/ Finder backup on your computer.
