I've been waiting for 2 1/2 days for Xfinity to unlock my iphone so I can switch carriers. 3 Customer support later, they say to get Apple to try to do it for me. Can Apple ulock my phone I bought at an apple store and is fully paid. I can't wait any longer without a phone to use.

Customer support at Xfinity( my old carrier) told me to get Apple to try to unlock it because I've been waiting so long and they can't even figure out why it's still locked. My new carrier, Verizon can't get it unlocked. I would just buy a new phone but this one is in perfect shape, I paid a lot for it.
