I can not find the Crackle App in the App store
I have an Apple TV 4K 1st generation. I can not find the Crackle App in the App store

You cannot download it outside the App Store. You need to be in the app store. The Link was just to confirm it exists and there is an Apple TV version.
The other thing to check is that the region for your Apple ID is set to the U.S where it is available. It is not available in other regions. so won’t show up unless your Apple ID is set to the U.S.
