Worst experience ever with their online or chat support. Simply can not get an answer re charges on my account. Anyone have thoughts on how to get someone who actually knows anything? Apple kicks it to Goldman Sachs, Goldman Sachs kicks it to AppleHow does one clarify the DETAILS of a charge on the account? Top line info is scarce at best...with American Express I can see details. Any thoughts?

Agree and yes I can also see that. I was hoping to view WHAT specifically (i.e. iphone charge, iphone case, monthly use charge, etc.). So, i went to chat support, ended up with a goldman sachs person who said that was an Apple question. So, they connected me to apple...who said they could not give information unless it was a ONLINE|WEB order. These were both purchases IN the store. I need to know what it was for. Sorry for the confusion. Does that help?
