iTunes on PC will not recognize iPhone 11 Pro Max

iTunes does not recognize my iPhone 11 ProMax, even though it used to up until a few months ago.

Yes, I've read the "fix" article, tried every solution, and nothing works.

Yes, I have the latest version of iTunes (12.12.2.2) , iOS (15.2.1), Windows 10 Pro (21H2).

No, I don't want to sign up for Apple Music. I have thousands of music files, plus videos and photos on my computer that I cannot backup or sync now.

I can't be the only iTunes user that cannot sync or backup my music library to my PC. Can anyone help??
