What do you want to transfer? You can transfer content such as photos and other files using iCloud. Go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turn on the switches for the data you want to transfer. On the Mac go to to Menu, System Preferences - Apple ID (at the top) and check the Mac apps you want to sync the data to. Then just wait for the sync to finish.
