Weird problems with my iPhone Xr that noone seems to have

Hey everyone!

I bought an iPhone Xr back in may of 2021 and it has been great, but I dropped it a couple of months back and I broke the screen, but I got it fixed right away. Ever since I have been having these weird issues that I didn't have before. I'm going to list these issues from least problematic to most irritating.

1. App notifications are arriving late, and I get notifications that I have already seen or dismissed, sometimes I get notifications for texts that have been sent weeks before.
2. Everytime I talk on the phone with someone, as soon as I lift the phone away from my ear, it wants to start a FaceTime call with the person I am currently speaking with.
3. The biggest problem that I currently have is that sometimes randomly when i press the unlock button the screen lights up but the whole screen is black and unresponsive, but if I take a screenshot of it it shows everything thats supposed to be there, which makes it extremely difficult to explain to service workers since this issue only happens randomly maybe 3-5 times a day on very random occasions. I have no idea what causes this problem but when I unlock the phone and its a lit up black screen the best I can do is lock it and unlock it again which solves the problem, but its REALLY annoying when I get a phone call and the screen is totally black and the only way I can interact with it is if I press the lock button which HANGS UP THE CALL causing me to awkwardly explain my situation to the other person.

If anyone has some solutions to these problems (most importantly the third one) it would be fantastic. I'm considering bringing the phone back to the service place but then again, it's very situational if these problems happen at all which would make explaining these things very difficult.
