Can you use older iPhone wall chargers with iPhone 12 and iphone 13 lightening cables

You can use your older iPhone chargers and cable to charge an iPhone 12 or 13
BUT the cable that comes with a new iPhone uses USB C connection to the charger.
So if you do not have a USB C charger, you would need to buy one in order to use the cable that comes with the new phone.
If you want to use your old charger(s) that have a USB A connection and you don't have a USB A to lightning cable, you'd need to purchase one
