Apple Watch pair with a different phone

Hello,

I have a personal and a business iPhone under the same Apple ID. I also have a contract (under a personal account) for cellular data with O2 in the UK for my Apple Watch which is currently paired to my personal iPhone. Is it possible to pair my Apple Watch with my business iPhone and still use the cellular data on the contract I currently have?

Using personal Apple watch with company iPhone. I have a company supplied iPhone on their Verizon account. They will not pay for the Apple Watch cellular service. Can I purchase an Apple watch an put on my personal Verizon account but still use it with my company iPhone?
