Mac mail stopped working

All 3 older Apple mac minis use the same mac mail, but one has stopped receiving or sending email.

The other 2 are OK.

Connection Doctor says: Connection status: Mail was able to connect to internet.

Then status says: "Could not connect to this comcast.net IMAP server."

Also, when I try to send email, error message says:

"The server 'smtp.comcast.net' cannot be contacted on the default ports."

Spent 2 days and 3 hours total with Comcast for help. I even deleted an address and put it back.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What year model Mac Mini?

I'm not sure about older macOS Mail versions, but I do know that macOS 10.13 w/Safari 13 and earlier versions, can no longer open Comcast Xfinity Stream.
