i have done all of the following steps and still can not send my grandma pictures to her phone because she has an android

Can anyone else send pictures/photos/images to her android iPhone? If the answer is YES, then:

Open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ MMS Messaging: Ensure that this is set to ON.
Can you send images via SMS (Green Bubble) to other android users? If NOT, then contact your cellular service provider to ensure that your cellular service has been setup properly to send / receive SMS/MMS messages.
